Jess Tucker
Jess Tucker is a seasoned systems engineer with over twenty years of experience in aerospace, defence, and system-of-systems applications. As a Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), she is a Principal Systems Engineer at Beca. Jessica holds advanced degrees in Physics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and California State University, Long Beach. She excels in leading cross-organisational teams in dynamic environments on mission- and safety-critical projects in space/aerospace, defence, and other sectors. Jessica also serves as the NZ Chapter President of the International Council on Systems Engineering, and is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society New Zealand Division and founding member of Women in Space Aotearoa New Zealand.
